I really wanted a sweater that this store had. When I went in, they did not have my size so I asked them to order it for me. After a couple of months I forgot about it and asked again. To my surprise she still remembered that I wanted that sweater and had the supplier come in the very same day to deliver it to her. I then went the next day to pick it up. Unfortunately the price had gone up due to the supplier increasing the price which I had already noticed online by 10 dollars but because I called in earlier and because I really wanted that sweater she decided to give it to me without taxes. I appreciated that her generosity and would recommend the store.
I will never shop here ever again. I bought a hat worth $35 two days ago. At the time, I asked the associate about the return policy and she said it was 2-3 months. I decided I wanted to return it so I went back, and this time it was a different associate. She told me I could get store credit, or exchange and very abruptly pointed to a small sign at waist level that explained this very irrational "return" policy. I ended up getting store credit but now I am told I have 2-3 months to use it. This sorry excuse of a return policy is inconvenient, concealed, irrational and clearly for the company's benefit. After using up my credit, I will never ever shop here again. Since their employees don't make customers aware of this policy, I am doing it for them. Employees at AtEase have NO customer service skills.
