I needed an amazing Jamaican cuisine caterer for my office party filled with folks who have never tasted yaadie food before and Suzzette delivered outstanding service. The chicken was perfect, the oxtail was halal and amazing. I’ve never heard so many compliments about food. The rice and peas UNDERSTOOD the assignment. This was outstanding service, quick to respond, provided me with details promptly. Overall experience and presentation was top. Definitely recommend and will order again?.
We catered our Christmas party for about 35 people. Suzzette and her team at Flava Pot were very friendly and helped with the right quantity of food. It was incredible, my guests were raving about the food. We will do this again soon, thank you and Happy Holidays!!!!!
I heard great reviews about this restaurant so I went to give it a try yesterday. Now I honestly regret it. I ordered a curry goat with white rice and some soup with oil on top. Oil soup. The food gave me some wicked diarrhea and vomiting from last night until now. My poor stomach. I didn’t get sleep because every 5 minutes I’m on the toilet . The food really mash me up. Never ever again. I’ll make my food at home
We walked in at around 7 20 pm most of what we ordered was done (goat oxtail soup) so we decided to try the stew peas . The stew peas is a mix of chicken feet and pigstail (very tasty) I ordered a fried chicken the server messed up my order (she gave me jerk). Luckily I hadnt left the parking lot, she ended up giving me a few pieces of fried chicken without incident. I was greatful for that, she was very soft spoken and polite. The meal actually tasted like it was an old country lady that prepared it. Every meal had tons of flavor. The rice and peas was shelly and seasoned right. I had ordered a gizzada as well and it was best $5 spent. It was yummy. I will definitely go back since I noticed they sell pudding as well hopefully it is without raisins.
This is one of the best Jamaican restaurants in Brampton! I first tried their food at the Jambana festival, and it was amazing! We had a pleasant experience at the restaurant along with great customer service. It's a family run business, and the taste is yummy and authetic! They ran out of Ox Tail, but we'll be back next time. The price and portion size are very fair. I highly recommend their BBQ chicken with Oxtail sauce on rice and peas!!
Food is great here! The lady’s in the front are soo friendly and caring. My home base jerk spot. Keep up the great work Flava pot team! Fan for life. Slaps Buger boy!
Flava Pot is FULL of flava. No exaggeration. Everything is sooo flavourful & tastes so good. Originally was recommended and was not disappointed at ALL. Worth it for the whole family. I literally wanted to try everything. We had the curry goat, lasagna, soup, oxtail, jerk chicken, bbq fried chicken, rice & peas, coleslaw, macaroni salad, and on top of that the Alfredo pasta with sweet chili wings omg!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything was so frigging good and worth the price. The staff was nice and sweet. Everything was 10/10!!!! And the lady at the front is so nice ( I don't remember her name). Check them out
