When we called to ask about a product and its price, the lady who answered was rude and dismissive, simply telling us to “come to the store” instead of checking or providing any information. If staff do not know about their own products and cannot assist customers over the phone, it reflects very poorly on the store’s professionalism and discourages customers from visiting at all.
