This store has been one of the most best hardware stores I have gone to. The customer service was spot on with incredible recommendations that have a good quality aswell. This price is really affordable and is handed in less price then auther popular home hardware stores. Now it is safe to say next time I have to bring any more renovational materials this will be my overall number 1 option. They have almost everything for your house for one of the smallest to biggest things for a reasonable price. I heard about this store from many people so I gave it a try. I thought I would buy 1 or 2 items and then I was planning on visiting Rona or Home Depot but surprisingly I got all of those good deals from this store. After searching everywhere for vanities- big box stores, online, and local shops, I finally found Galaxy Flooring & Renovation, and I’m so glad I did. Their pricing is truly unbeatable. I was honestly shocked at the difference, what I paid here would’ve cost me almost double elsewhere, and the quality is even better. The selection was great too, with lots of modern, clean designs that looked high end but still affordable. The girl at the front desk took the time to answer all my questions, gave honest suggestions, and didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured at all. Delivery was quick, and installation was smooth and professional. I’m beyond happy with how my washrooms turned out, and I’ve already recommended Galaxy to friends and family. A family friend recommended Galaxy, so I decided to stop by, and I’m honestly so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a very sweet and patient girl at the front desk. She took her time showing me different vanity styles, explaining the differences, and helping me figure out what would fit best in my space. She never made me feel rushed, even though I asked a million questions! I ended up finding two beautiful vanities that looked super high-end but were priced really fairly. The quality is amazing!!!!solid, clean finishes, and exactly the look I was going for. Delivery was smooth and the installation guys were right on time, super professional, and paid attention to all the little details. Now both my washrooms look completely upgraded, and I get compliments all the time. If you’re renovating or even just shopping around, I’d highly recommend Galaxy. Their service, pricing, and staff, especially the front desk girl made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable.
Seen their staff leaving tile all over parking lot, buddy decided to start kicking scrap tile all over this parking lot. Then go inside and close up Disgusting. Very very very unprofessional
One of the worst shops in the towns ,the guy at the back doesn't know how to talk ,they should learn some manners first business is a different thing , folks don't waste your time better find other shops.
Had an excellent experience doing a complete house Reno with them, it was a one-stop shop. Quality products with a large selection, in aesthetic designs. Beautiful showroom. The staff and management were knowledgeable and friendly, they took the time to understand our vision and guided us with the right recommendations. We found their prices to be reasonable and they were able to work with our budget. Overall a smooth and pleasant experience; will definitely be returning.
