Service was good but I am unhappy about the charges they charged me. Because at the time of appointment they tell me different charges for the service and charged more after service even after taking same service. Please provide correct information to the customer.
I had a highly disappointing experience at this salon. My recent service with Jyoti was far below expectations, and her behavior was unprofessional. The owner, Hardeep, presents herself in a sugar-coated manner but lacks basic communication skills and customer service etiquette.The makeup products used appeared to be expired, and the brushes were unhygienic, which raises serious concerns about safety and quality standards. The overall environment also feels tense and negative, with clear competition among the staff rather than a focus on clients satisfaction.Additionally, my eyebrows have been ruined multiple times, despite visiting on weekdays when the salon is less busy. The level of care, professionalism, and hygiene needs significant improvement. I strongly suggest management review product safety and staff training to ensure a better customer experience.
I’ve been going to Hardeep for years and there is no one like her! She is so excellent in her work. Her staff is great. Her prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
Worst experience ever i took a haircut front bangs and layers . It was a worst experience ever for me. My hairs look same as before. No change, no cutting visible no layers visible front cut was so bad.
Asking price on call is different from when you get the service. When I call them before coming. They said 35$ but after I got the service, they just said it would be 45$
If I could give 0 stars, I would have. The staff was very rude. The way they used razor before treatment was very unprofessional and hurtful. Won’t recommend this place at all.
