I went to this place for a trial and had a very disappointing experience. The owner’s daughter was extremely rude, and the oldest barber there showed poor work ethics and no respect. At one point, I asked where I should place a used towel. The barber replied in Punjabi, “Jeb ch pale,” which was completely inappropriate and disrespectful, especially toward a woman. Initially, I didn’t think it was necessary to post this or report it to the owner, but I feel it’s important to share so that other professionals coming for trials are aware of the environment. I have 15 years of experience in this industry, and this kind of behavior is unacceptable in any professional workplace. There are many better places to work where respect and professionalism still exist.

I had a very disappointing experience at Jasmine Salon today. During my upper lip waxing, the staff member tore the skin on my entire upper lip, causing it to bleed. Instead of acknowledging the mistake, she blamed me, which I found very unprofessional. The owner was present and saw what happened, but didn’t say a word or check on me, even when I was paying the bill. Additionally, the salon was uncomfortable — the basin chair used for hair washing was poorly designed and caused neck pain. The products used also seemed to be of low quality, and the staff were rough while washing my hair, making the experience unpleasant. Overall, I was extremely dissatisfied with the service and the lack of professionalism. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve their service quality and customer care.
I got a layered haircut here, and it turned out really nice! The stylist listened to what I wanted and gave my hair great shape and movement. The layers look soft and natural, and the overall experience was relaxing and professional. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a fresh, flattering cut!✨

**updated** After washing and styling my hair on my own I realized it wasn’t exactly want I wanted. I actually took the scissors to my own hair to fix as best I could as I can’t afford to have it fixed. Maybe it was a lack or communication on my end, but it felt like the whole front section around my face was left incomplete… what was first a great experience has now left me feeling disappointed. —- This was my first visit and I will definitely be back! Rahul did an amazing job with my haircut and all the staff was very polite and helpful. I had the best scalp massage during my shampoo service I was so relaxed. Definitely recommend!
