The staff here are generally polite and welcoming, but the person at the cash register/entrance never greets customers. It comes across as a bit rude and creates a cold first impression, even though the others are friendly. A simple ‘hello’ or smile would make the experience much better

This is my second time coming to this salon and getting some sort of scar or injury on my face. The first time I came to get eyebrows done, the girl doing my eyebrows had long and sharp nails that scratched my face. I had a scab from that for a solid 2 weeks that took time to heal. Now I came to wax my nose and she aggressively kept on going at my nose even while I told her it hurts, and now I have blood in my nose and a huge scab on the outside of my nostril. I won’t be going here again.
i went there and i was attended by a student she(slim girl) hurts me very much while doing threading and she was not really professional she dont know how to do threading how to do wax or underarms...hurts me really hard....they charged me little high also...i had done with threading,wax,or underarms nd they charged me 53$... at the end i want to say that plz attend ur customer with experience staff..
Excellent service for haircut/balayage/threading/waxing.. Amin, rekha and the owner's son are very patient and helpful.. by suggesting the correct haircut until the correct hair color, they did what it takes to provide a better experience! I would reccomend the salon for anyone!
