I highly recommend this place as Meenu di provides exceptional service. The services offered by this salon are affordable and worth money. She handles everything professionally and also accommodate last minute appointments very smoothly. I had a great experience.
I had a very disappointing experience with this salon. The owner was not welcoming and displayed unprofessional behavior toward new clients. Despite claiming that she only serves customers with prior appointments, I found no clear way to book an appointment on the website. When I visited in person, she turned me away at the door and asked me to come back the next day after booking an appointment. This was confusing and frustrating. After checking other reviews, I noticed that several other clients who had booked in advance also shared similar negative experiences, particularly regarding customer service and unclear appointment procedures. Overall, I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, and I would not recommend this salon based on my experience.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon based on my recent visit. The overall service quality was lacking, and I was especially taken aback by how the owner interacted with me. As a first-time customer, I was hoping for a friendly environment, but instead, I was met with arrogance and a complete lack of professionalism. Businesses should treat all customers with respect—especially new ones. I won’t be returning.
Extremely unprofessional. I had booked an early morning appointment on an urgent basis and was ready by 6:00 AM. I explained everything clearly in advance. I waited the entire night for a response, but she never showed up and didn’t reply to any of my messages. Completely disappointed with this experience. Very unreliable and not trustworthy—I do not recommend this place at all.
I contacted this person on Saturday for services, we planned an appointment for Tuesday at 12pm and tell me I have to confirm the day before. I’ve texted to confirm today and they don’t know what I’m confirming (as if they can’t scroll up in the conversation to see) and then tell me to come at a different time than what was discussed. I let them know I can’t come at that time and they have not messaged me back. If I knew this person didn’t know how to do something as simple as booking an appointment - I could have got my services done back on Saturday at a real salon instead of trying to support this poor home salon.
I was disappointed with her service because I called her in advance to get my eyebrows done and then she asked me to come at a certain time. When I reached there, she said she is attending other customers and would not be able to take me in. The problem is she could have let me know in advance that she is not available and did not even apologise as well as her attitude towards me rubbed me off the wrong way. She needs to be more professional in her demeanour and would not recommend her.
I went to this parlour for facial, before going there I thought salon in the basement it will be like other people who are working from home, but when I enter inside the salon I was amazed, this parlour is thousand percent cleaner than other parlour, meenu is very honest she showed me all the products in original packing what she use on my face, nothing was hidden from me she have very good brands of facials, I was very happy after my facial done I recommend this parlour to everyone because when we are paying we should know what they are using on our face.
