We couldn’t be happier with our new bathrooms! Colin and his team was amazing from start to finish — professional, friendly, and detail-oriented. They listened to everything we wanted and made sure to confirm things every step of the way. The quality of the work is outstanding — the tiles, cabinetry , and finishes all look perfect. We highly recommend Caledon Tile Bath & Kitchen Centre to anyone that is looking for a big showroom, quality work, great materials, nice people and most importantly: patience throughout the process of building your dream bathroom.
We worked with Colin to get our kitchen countertops and backsplash from Cambria. He was very attentive to our needs, very responsive, always on time and very patient with us as we tried to figure out what was best for our kitchen and design. We unfortunately ordered right before the deadline for year end but he still managed to get our order in in a timely fashion and we had everything installed before Christmas! We would definitely refer all our friends to Caledon tile!
Very very disappointing customer service. Was sure we found the right guy to do our ensuite. Colin came out for consultation , but NEVER heard from him again! No quotation no follow up nothing. Again VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING.
