They go out of their way helping their customers and everything was on time and budget. Left everything clean and tidied up. I am more than satisfied. I absolutely recommend them. I love my new bath
I consulted Ace Bath to perform a renovation of my parents master washroom. The plan was to remove the bathtub and replace with a large shower and convert the old shower into a linen closet. The process was simple. I called Ace Bath and set up a date for Peter to come to my house and take some pictures and measurements. Peter was very friendly and knowledgeable when meeting with my family and I to understand the scope of the project and offered good suggestions for upgrades as well. About a week later Peter and the project manager Nam came back to our house with a detailed quote itemizing the scope of work and all costs involved. Nam and Peter were willing to adjust the scope of work to fit closer to our budget. A few weeks out from the start date of the renovation, Peter emailed me with a materials list of items we would be selecting for the new bathroom (tiles, mirrors, fixtures etc.). He also sent a variety of stores to select the items from. During renovations Nam and his team were very friendly and considerate trying to keep the renovation as clean as possible. The team did an excellent job completing the project on the agreed timeline. Peter, Nam and the team were all approachable and helpful throughout the process. Any issues that we had Nam was quick to solve them, ensuring that we were satisfied with the quality of the work being done. Overall we are very satisfied with the finished product and I would highly recommend selecting Ace Bath if you are in the market for a bathroom renovation.
We hired Ace Bath to update the 3 full bathrooms in our house over the summer of 2024. On time and on budget is something that pretty much every contractor promises, but so many fail to deliver on that promise. Nam, however, completed all three bathrooms in the timeframe he committed, for the price we agreed to. He was always available to answer calls and any issues we had during the process were quickly addressed. His whole team were professional, courteous, efficient, and clean – the mess was kept to an absolute minimum. His suppliers as well were great, the cabinet manufacturer himself came to our house to personally adjust a couple of the drawers and make sure everything was good. Stress-free is not typically how someone would describe a renovation project, but with Nam and Ace Bath, it really was. I would even go so far as to say it was an easy process. So much of this comes down to the people, and working with Nam just felt relaxed and fun. I have zero hesitation in recommending Ace Bath to anyone looking to renovate or refresh their bathrooms.
