I sent to Corks Winery Brampton recently with a group of friends for a wine making session and had a blast. Marc was very helpful for a group of individuals who are complete beginners at wine making. Wine also tasted great.
It was my first time to buy and bottle my own wines at this location, and was feeling a bit uncertain (tbh, scared I might break or spill something lol). I am not much of a wine or alcohol person (only enjoy Chardonnay, Champagne and Rosees) so my naivete added to my apprehension, however, Mark and especially Matthew were very supportive and walked me through the whole process. I highly-recommend this place. The Chardonnay tastes amazing, the owners have great customer service and the price is very reasonable. Its also a very tidy and neat place. They source their ingredients from top growing regions like Peller Estates. I will definitely come again.

This store is under new management. The old management was a nice older fellow who had wonderful bedside manners and excellent customer service, hence winning several awards over the last 17 years. Unfortunately there is new management and the new manager Matthew is a complete jerk. I was fifteen minutes for my appointment and there was nobody in the winery. My husband was held up for a few minutes at work and we were literally 17 minutes late. He greeted me with a reprimand "You're late!!" i said "my husband got caught up at work, but it's empty in here" he rudely yelled "That's not the point". While bottling I told matthew that he made a very bad first impression to which he replied "what do you want me to do about it? ", This new manager has no customer service skills at all. When i got home there was a rude message on the answering machine from the owner Matthew stating that this is the last message he would leave me. I thought, my last message or what? you're going to pitch my wine and not allow me to bottle it. He threatened me. "this is the last reminder" what is that supposed to mean? This guy was a jerk. I would never come here again.
5 ++++++++ Extremely Clean environment with super friendly staff and service. I purchased wine here last year and I was super impressed on the cleanliness of the unit. Matthew walked me through hygienic process of cleaning the bottles before bottling the wine. The stations were constantly being wiped down. The place was busy with many people coming in and out on their scheduled times as it was close to Christmas, but everything ran so smoothly. Matthew had his eyes on everyone and was with us even before I had to call. I order the Argentinean Malbec and was so delicious. This being the first time ordering and bottling wine, I was very nervous not to make a mistake. Matthew asked me all the necessary questions to make sure it turned out well, even asking about preservatives and sweetness levels. The place runs smoothly as it is super organized. Thank you Corks Winery Team and especially Matthew. I'm looking forward to picking up my new batch ordered in two week. Super excited and I cant wait.
This place is very hygienic. The staff is really very helpful. Prices are very reasonable. They have a great variety to say the least. Mathew is outstanding and cares about his customers. I recommend this place and experience for yourself guys.
Great place to go get the wine of your choice. Mathew and Mark filling the shoes of their Dad Robert who gave a new look and introduced number of wine sampling events lately.
