My neighbour reffered me to Paul. I called as soon as my new windows were installed. Paul was available the next day. He was super helpfull and provided excellent consult and recommendations. Measured every window using laser. He said it could be couple weeks for manufacturing but said he could help to expidite the order. Less than a week past and the installer showed up. Ganesh is an excellent installer. He did a great job installing the shutters on main floor and zebra blinds for all the bedrooms. Ask for him by name. Excellent quality. The price is more than right. Just love my Zebra Blinds from Vinyl-Tec!!! My condo is a corner unit with lots of BIG windows so it gets very hot!
