I had an amazing experience with Wheel Plaza Rims and Tires! Not only are they professional and respectful, but they truly went above and beyond to help me. When I had an issue with my car after hours, they still took the time to assist me and made sure everything was fixed properly. Their dedication to customer service is unmatched, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality service and honest, hardworking people.

I came here yesterday with my dad to get his F150 tires to get swapped for the winter. Now at first the workers were very nice. However it’s almost like they don’t know how to do their job. Said it would only take 20 min but it took about 45 minutes. The workers put the jack on the body of the vehicle and if you have some knowledge you know if that is done, it will bend the frame of the vehicle. They knew something was wrong because eventually they told us to open the door.. door wasn’t opening properly.. my dad then asked then I’m assuming owner if the guys working on his car is new he start arguing with my dad before he even took a look.. horrible customer service Don’t come here. And I understand that tire shops get messy. But there were tires EVERYWHERE almost to the point where I or my dad couldn’t walk around properly. We ended up paying for the half work of a job they did. But we will never go back there.
Poorest service, it cost me around 160$ for a single chinese tire. They gave me a used tire @80 saying it iss good and will run for 1 or 2 seasons easily and gave me the advice that after 1 or 2 season use this tyre then come to us and we will change ur all tires to new so, i asked him for his word and he gave me if anything happens in 15-20 days u can come but the tire was already damage which can’t be seen from bare eyes and the air started leaking after two days only. At first i filled the air and went on and i thought maybe it’s due to weather but after 20 days the air again got leaked and i callled them so they told me to come over and we’ll see.firstly, they talked me so rudely saying that it is not our responsibility after you take anyyhi from us and then what about the word,the owner gave it to me. Now, they again charged for the same tyre which cost me around 160$ total for a chinese tyre. I would recommend no one should ever visit them. They have the worst service, their worker is so rude and they just make a fool of thier customers.
Great friendly staff, I got my tires and rims changed from here. Lokesh helped me pick the rims, along with all season tires. I booked an appointment and I was out of the shop in 40 mins. Amazing experience, and I'd definitely recommend it to family and friends.
Absolutely Zero 0 customer service. They wasted my 2 weeks. I ordered rims from them on Wednesday they said it will be delivered on monday. I contacted them on monday the guy said its not delivered yet. Next day i called he didn’t picked up the call until i called them 6-7 times then he said its difficult to get those rims. Then i ask for the another set of rims he said for that you can come anytime tomorrow. But on next day he said for those rims you have to wait 2 more days. After that they never picked up the call. I don’t know why and how they are running business. Visit them to waste your time. I would have give them 0 star but there is no option for that.
They are a bunch of 21 yr old young boys running a business just 6 months old, neither punctual at all nor knowledgeable about cars,they are providing a "guess service " to the customers without any receipts or proper billing bcoz of the excuse they provide you that the credit card machine is not working to process payments either through e- transfer or accepting "cash" as, both ways they can get the 13% tax amount in their pocket, without even providing a valid receipt to claim warranty on the parts purchased and services provided to customers. I guess most of the people who gave him a 5 star review, may either be his friends,family or persons known through a friend for sure !!
