I ordered Kejjis for a large department meeting at my workplace after catering was highly recommended by a coworker. This was my first time placing an order with Kejjii as well such a large order for over sixty guests, so I have to share I was a bit hesitant. I am pleased to say that everything was a success! Femi provided excellent service prior and planning for the event, catering to every need and was right on time for delivery. The food was AMAZING! For some guests including myself it was the first time trying Nigerian food and we loved it! Looking forward to having Kejjis catering our next event. Thank you!
Before ordering for the food I decided to check the reviews and for some reason people were complaining, I was contemplating if I should order or not. But I ordered and the food was amazing, packed nicely. And this is my first time ordering from them.
The soup is full of oil. All u see is oil and the flavor is garbage. Have had better food but this place is becoming a dumb. They go through workers too quickly and the flavor goes with the people. That was my last visit.
Not a pleasant visit this time.. prices are not worth the portions and quality has gone down a lot recently. They are no longer polite and treat people like trash and the store is dirty... Will not return again.
People rating this place any more than 1 star should re-evaluate their observation skills. Look closely at the food that's being served. It is ridiculous. The food is dry, missing items and have debris/rock pieces in them. Not to mention how rude the staff at the front are. They have no manners. Teach your staff, especially the females working there during the night, customer service skills. They are a loss for your business. Would be better to hire professional chefs and people who know customer service. The entire atmosphere was dull and condescending. Customers pay money. We are not begging for your food. There are other places that have quality food and service. I will be returning your stone-filled food back to your place for you to chew on.
The portion size for the price is absolutely ridiculous. You literally filled the container halfway, it looks like something that someone has already eaten. Even the protein (turkey) is packaged in doggy bags, at least have the decency to pack it in a container. And when we called to see if the situation can be remedied, absolutely hostile behavior and just lacking in customer service. People should get what they are paying for, what is advertised on the app (ubereats) should be what they receive. Do not tell us after the fact that you have changed your portion size, when that is not what is being advertised. Please and thanks management.
This is the worst Nigerian food outlet I have been too. The owner definitely has to go on a training for proper customer service. Been to the store 3 times and I got the same bad experience from him. I had to ask if he had any issues with me and I was wondering if the food was free and maybe that’s why I got such treatment. Secondly the food isn’t what I expected. One thing for sure, I won’t be going back there again.
