Great work done by George and team from GM's Basement for our exterior waterproofing! We called GM and few other contractors after observing seepage & moisture in our house. But we decided to go with GM both because of their great google reviews and also their reasonable quote for the work. As that damp-proofing work got finished today, we are very happy with the work done by GM team with great quality and professionalism. Also, as we are afraid of getting covid19, he also made sure to maintain 100% social & physical distancing by performing the job nicely without any unnecessary interaction with us. Contacted GM's basement to install a window well and drainage ...first call I was greeted by a professional who clearly explain what is required.... George price is very competitive and reasonable...the window well was in the middle of the gas line coming in and the dig was not by no means Eazy ..but george carefully navigate the gas line and went deep down to weeping tiles and set the drainage pipe to code...as the home owner I ask alot of questions during the job....and I must say George took time to explain everything to me...with out hesitation...very nice guy and extreamy Eazy to work with....he back fill the window well and about half hour more to go ..the rain came ?I look into the window well and check for drainage the water quickly disappeared out of sight....all in all I am extremely satisfied with the job done by gms basement...and would highly recommend him to carry out such jobs in a professional and safe manner ...if I have another window well issue I will not hesitate to call GM's basement again......and to the homeowners it will not harm you to buy a coffee or French vanilla and offered it to GM's basement during the dig ?????thanks George...thanks GM's basement !!!!
