I recommend this place, got the batteries replaced for all my watches at a fair price. Workers are kind and attentive to details. Thanks will be back to replace the batteries again in the future!

Battery replacement is a deal, when you are regular customer with so called coupon saves you few bucks on next battery replacement. If you ask take a link out , they charge $15+ taxes just take a link out from watch strap you just got battery replaced!! Ridiculous charges.

Such a lovely and an experienced guy. I always prefer him for any expert advices especially for wrist watches. Never disappointed me and definitely reasonable price as compared to other stores

Horrible experience here today. Go to Watch Time instead (located by Metro/food court). The owner (an older bald gentleman) specifically confirmed that he was able to set my G-Shock watch and change the battery. When I received my watch back, the battery had been changed but the watch was not set. I asked him why, and he told me he didn't know how and that I could learn off You-Tube. I informed him that he had specifically confirmed he could set the watch and that I wouldn't have asked him to change the battery if he had been honest. Do not waste your time here.

They literally broke my watch and then gave it back to me a month later after repeatedly telling me to come in cause it’s fixed. Week over week I came in to pick it up and they kept pushing it. Then told me to pay $60 to fix it. I took back my broken watch that they broke. Worst service ever. Stay away from here if you don’t want your battery replacement watch to get broken

    We are sorry to hear about your experience. In our years of business, we’ve never had any sort of coupons for battery repairs, and it will not decrease your next repair price so I’m unsure where you got this information from. Our prices have always been fixed to a certain amount depending on the type of watch and links. We will not take any sort of risk for an unfair price.
