Herc’s Nutrition is a solid place for supplements. The store is clean, organized, and has a good variety of products. The protein shakes taste great! The staff are friendly, and Amar has been really helpful whenever I’m unsure about what to get. He actually takes the time to explain things and point me toward what would work best for me, which I’ve appreciated on multiple visits.Overall, it’s a reliable spot for supplements and shakes. Would recommend.
Best supplement store in Ontario ! They have the best selection of supplements I've seen out of any of the chains or mom & pop shops. No other herc's even really compares. Plus a very knowledgable staff that can help you with any questions or give great alternatives if they don't have exactly what you're looking for (but they most likely will!). I only go here to get any proteins, pre workouts, fat burners supplements. Highly recommend this location.
Definitely coming back as the prices are fair compared to anywhere else and on top of that, the excellent customer service I received from a gentlemen named Amar, you can see he truly has a passion for this & we need more honest people like him.

Amazing customer experience. Was confused on which products to buy as a beginner. Was guided by the staff they answered all questions and then helped me pick products according to my needs and goals. Will be returning forsure and recommend others to come and check it out aswell.
I came here a couple weeks ago and bought a protein shake it was honestly the best shake I’ve ever had. Since then I’ve been trying to go and get more but every time I go it’s closed (mind you I only go during mid day, the latest being 15:00) so disappointing since it’s not updated online. But nothing bad can be said about their products.
