Very bad experience with customer service name Pratham ,,totally lie to me that my car part available there to pick and it is on hold on my name but when my mechanic arrived there he said part is not available,, totally unprofessional behaviour of staff with customer.Not recommended place to deal , I also complaint to Manager name Madan about my concern.
Excellent service from Madan, he always helps me whenever I need a part and is very knowledgeable and always reliable in getting it for me. Whether they have in stock or he has to source it from somewhere else. I would recommend Aadco highly to anyone?
One of the worst customer Service :( when i call he pickup the phone told me to wait after 15 min came on line I'm asking a question he doesn't understand i try to explain what i need all of sudden Hangup on my face what kind a service & don't know who give the job this kind a person who doesn't have a manner :(
Not a positive experience I had. Visited twice for different parts however, on both occassion, it was not available and even no assurance that they will arrange
Manu and Robert were excellent, had to purchase a 2018 Camry Rim...part was in a day...and no issues with bringing the old one back for a rebate. Manu took care of it immediately. AADCO are professional, courteous, nice personalities and try to help even over the phone. They are organized and have data base access to thousands of parts. One of the best car wreckers around. Keep up the great job for Brampton!
I work at an auto shop, need them to pick up a return part, it’s been almost one month, called numerous times, no driver came over to pick it up. Terrible service.
