Excellent service and quick walk-in response. The front desk assistant was very courteous and asked appropriate questions for my situation and took time for the details of my ailment. The Dr. was very courteous as well, he took the time to go through all symptoms and especially my concern about respiratory issues. Most importantly I didn’t feel rushed. 5 stars from me.
Terrible experience. They checked my daughter, and when I returned a few days later, they refused to admit her. My daughter was weak and unable to stand, and the women there kicked us out.
I have gone here multiple times and the service is always the same. The doctors always say it’s a “viral” infection. We were told to take tylenol for 5 days and come back even though my 2 year old was coughing uncontrollably. The doctors here are an exact example of whats wrong with the medical industry.
I was trying to get information about this clinic and spent an entire day calling them and no one answered even a single call. They should be more willing to take phone calls so that patients can know beforehand if they should come to the clinic or not.
The note at the doctor's place show, no aggressive behavior towards staff. I think it's the other way round, ur staff is not at all polite. I will give an example, there was a couple at the door, staff opened the door from inside, may b the patient did not listen. Rather than saying, "I OPENED THE DOOR 3 TIMES FOR YOU", she could have said, "the door is open, PLEASE come in". If u don't want patients to be rude to ur staff, just ask them they don't hv to be rude with patients as well, who knows how sick they r. Just b polite.
