I followed all the washing instructions carefully, but every time I wash the pants, the color fades and the fabric starts to pill. I’m really disappointed with the quality
I find the queue system to be quite frustrating. It initially states a one-hour wait, but then unexpectedly allows only five minutes for entry. If you miss that window, you are moved to the end of the line.
Dont trust their virtual queue....it's ridiculous... Shows wait time 1 hr 50 mins ...you will get message to show up in 30 mins and you have 5 mins to reach .... We should reach virtually...
I joined there virtual queue, it was showing 2 hours I reached there 40 mins before my expected time but they told I am 5 minutes behind and they put me in the bottom of the queue. So virtual queue is not showing real wait times
Went to the Brampton location today. Very happy with the set up of this place. Neat and organized. The staff were all helpful. We were helped by Matthew. Very friendly and personable, he gave us good tips on which bundles would be best for the upcoming school year. Good experience overall. I suggest to head in early as I am told it’s a mad house in August
Look at their operating hours my son would have to miss a class or tutoring and closed on weekends how do we get there perfect example how monopolies dont care about customers you have to go there can do-nothing about it ♀️
Worst quality for the price Gym pants ripped in less than 2 months. I understand kids play in these uniforms but 2 months T shirt ripped in a month and it had nothing to do with playing. On visiting the store they said we only give warranty for stitchline. I mean what is this And the lady at cash register was super rude
