The instructor took all the fees course in advance and started hassling to post a malafide review(to enhance her ratings etc )along with my picture during an e-lecture and after two lectures were finished she was requested humbly for refund. The lecture was awful . infact she demotivated and started saying how you could get 7.5 bands in listening. Eversince,in my life i have not experienced a teacher with such a negative attitude . She never picked up the call when she was approached for the refund of atleast 50 percent of refund. But she never picked up or refunded the balance amount. She committed to give 20 lectures but gave only 3 lectures and that too terrible. I wander whether that behaviour was with me or i felt very bad. I wished i could give even worser rating. Due to being registered with her,I not underperformed in my IELTS EXAM but also lost my confidence and natural reading, writing and speaking skills in English language. Harsimran
