Goodness this terminal is so muchnbetter than the last one. My goodness. Now we dont hqe to stand in the rain, or snow, or bunchnup together like sardines in the tiny tiny building.

There is a cafeteria here and it is not open during the weekends. I wish it should be open during the weekends too.
Slow service even when there is a long queue. The lady was just talking to another lady and working casually when they are aware that it is a bus terminal and people have to catch buses on time.
Worst customer service, staff is so rude all the time.
