Women who work for Customer Service was rude to me because im deaf.
The bus drivers are very pleasant. The PESTRO card machine outside doesn't work. No bus times for Brampton transit (Only Go trains time are available).
This GO Station has two huge parking lots on both sides for commuters, but you'll have difficulty finding space between 8-4 as they're filled VERY quickly during the morning rush hour and it's very busy during the evening rush hour.It fulfills its purpose as a transit terminal just fine so long as you're on time, and the workers there are willing to help you if you ask.Caution: the underground to get to the platform isn't well ventilated, so it almost always smells like weed.
The go station has no problem except the parking. After 7:55 AM its mostly impossible to get parking. From last few months people used to park on road as no parking available. And now they are giving ticket of 30$ without any warning. And there is no board mentioned about 3 hours parking. They are charging huge amount from our pocket for train fare and more tax from Brampton. But ultimately no improvement.
Yesterday, I had a good day with the train since I quickly arrived to my destination.
