Terrible Customer Service ,Should have checked the reviews before ordering the Product ,we had went on the weekend and the person who showed us selection is very nice ,helpful and Demonstrated the product .When we went to the pickup the order ,the guy who delivered the Product is rude and when we asked if we can change one of the box which wasn’t the color we selected ,he got very angry .I agree you are not retail store but I clearly communicated at the time of ordering can we review the product before loading and exchange if we find any faulty or defective ones since there is no exchange or return of the product once we take the product home and they agreed for this when placing the order .Once I went home and checked the sheets despite of being specified white mosaic on the Product 70% of the sheets are more grey and black rather than white and it is really disappointing and my time and money invested for this product is wasted.The Guy who delivered the order is least bothered of the customer concerns and for customer perspective this type of behaviour is very disheartening .Irrespective of wholesale or retail order mutual respect should and proficiency should be maintained which is really lacking and they have to really work on this.I feel for the price and quality being paid there are better options around instead of this .

Their business is successful because as they grow they remember their roots and how they started. Even as they are a huge operation you can still pick up the phone and talk to their primary owners. Very hard working and successful family, and that shows in their business success as well. Other competitors should take a page out of their book and learn what reality is all about. I got my new house renovated with their marbles and tiles and i am highly satisfied with the quality. They have amazing collection that is pocket friendly too. Their products don't just add beauty to your place but also provides a sense of contentment with the quality. Must visit!!
I went to match a tile in my kitchen as recommended by my tiler and boy oh boy the customer service was AWFUL. I understand you dont feel like your service should be compared to other retailers but if thats the case dont allow walk ins by the public. I had to ask for help and the woman behind the desk reluctantly told me to give her 5 minutes while she ate and really didnt want to help me. She finally got up told me i had one option, pointed to it and walked away. Never again.
