We went to Thai Express today, and as always, the experience was fantastic! The place is very clean with a fresh, green atmosphere that feels welcoming the moment you walk in. The staff are extremely courteous and friendly, which makes the whole visit even better. We tried the Basil Fried Rice and Pad Thai, and we absolutely loved both dishes. The Basil Fried Rice is our favourite — full of flavour and perfectly cooked every time. One thing I really appreciate is that you can adjust the spice level based on your preference, which is great for families. Even my 6-year-old enjoys Thai Express and always looks forward to going there. The service is very quick, and we received our order in no time, which is perfect for busy days. Overall, delicious food, great customer service, clean ambience, and fast service. Highly recommended for anyone craving tasty Thai food!
I have ordered from this location many times before however this was my first time ordering this item for delivery. I ordered the cashew Shaka bowl. I received an item completely different from how I normally get it. This is supposed to be a salad with noodles and the sauce and protein on the side to add in. Everything was put all into 1 bowl, there was hardly any lettuce for the “salad” portion and what was there it was now soggy from all the liquid. The noodles were all stuck together & after ordering tofu I got called saying they didn’t have any. I’m completely disappointed with the meal and preparation this is NOT how the shak a bow is prepared.
Went for lunch today around 1pm and got a Pad Thai. I just want to give compliments to the chef who was working today unfortunately I didn’t get his name . Everytime we eat here and he is cooking, we are beyond impressed with the food.
I am a diehard fan of Thai Express on McLaughlin. I come every Friday for me and my family. Irene and Erica never fail to hook up me and my family. The flavours are always on point as the food is fresh. They have never failed me and you won’t be disappointed!
Always a nice treat. Speedy service, good food. The only down side is the ever increasing prices and the sad excuse of a daily deal. It's not a proper combo it's a drink or a roll not both, which we understood it to be both. Still a good Thai fix for sure.
