Pathetic with no veggies in the fried rice and a bad smell in the rice when spoke to the staff, they just brushed off. I have been eating Thai food for 20 years. Never had this awful taste. I will suggest the owner to fire both the girls they have on the weekend as they have zero sense of customer service and barely understand response to a question .
Coming for the past 3yrs atleast 2time per week...I really encouraged and happy to see the ladies face always felt the respect and the care.wonderful people love my services...guys please don't change even when the day going bad.
The staff is great, but the food can be inconsistent. I love the pad see ew, but sometimes there's too much sauce. When I ask for less sauce, it comes with none at all.
Can't even rate the food because this location always closes before the close time listed. This is my 3rd time attempting to get food from this location. When I called and asked the guy who answered the phone why they were closing before 10pm his response was "they ran out of stock". Update your close time to 9:00pm or 9:30pm if no one is rarely ever here until 10:00pm.
I ordered their General Thai Chicken and it was sooo delicious and the I ordered it spicy so the spice level was up to that level and the taste was awesome. I recommend plz try their general thai chicken and if u love spicy then u should go for it . Keep it up.
Felt Cheated! Ordered 3 packs of Chicken Pad Thai and instead all we got was beansprouts, tofu and noodles - tasted more like vegetarian Pad Thai instead. Not worth the price paid for!!! Be careful when ordering. I should have sense something because when I was ordering the staff did not seem to be attentive.
The noodles to bean sprouts ratio in the Pad Thai is completely messed up. I have tried this location several times... sometimes the taste is okay but other times it's really bad. The other day I ordered a Beef dish and the Beef tasted like it was old or not kept out properly. I have given up on this Thai Express location. Quality standards must be addressed!
