Worst service ever, We paid them for the tax, she asked in advance but she did not file our tax, she did not even pick our call She said she went for vacation and did not tax our file, the date was overdue and her relative did our tax filing when we said we were coming to your office, it was completely wrong and we paid extra charges to CRA. They just want money, not a reliable agency.

Canadian Easy Tax and Financial Services is not the best place to file the taxes. As student I filed the taxes with them and they assure me that I will receive thr Trilium Benefits, however still its 4 months no luck havent receive any single benefit. Moreover, I received the letter from CRA that my information is not updated and no one help me from your department my messages are not seen and not any help. Never recommending this place they are fraud and charge me for the services which i never recieved. Thank you for ruining my taxes with you.
