Great food.Very good customer service.good quality. I took food too many times with Maya’s always big portion and great taste.I am very happy with Maya’s.
The mutton patties and the mutton kothu rotti here is very yummy and spicy love it. Especially the mutton patties is filled with mutton!! Only item that went down would be their mutton rolls it used to be filled with mutton too but now they barely have mutton and more potatoes.
I had a deeply disappointing experience at May's Restaurant. A staff member, who appeared to be intoxicated while on duty, treated in an unacceptably rude and disrespectful manner. They also used inappropriate language and behaved in a way that no customer should ever be subjected to. I normally do not write negative reviews, but this kind of behavior should not be tolerated in any establishment. I hope the management takes this seriously and addresses the issue to ensure no other customer has to go through the same experience.
The staff do not understand the English properly also they do not serve the water to their dine-in costumers. The samber is very disgusting because they do not mash the vegetable in it.
This review is based on a catering experience I had with Maya Restaurant. My mother and I ordered various dishes for a birthday party and we were quite pleased with the quality and quantity of food we received. We ordered the small tray of various dishes which can easily feed 20 ppl. Pumpkin, Spinach, dhaal, Curry mutton and Curry chicken. I also ordered 20 mutton rolls. All the food was prepared and cooked by the owner. We were able to place a deposit and then pay the rest on the day of pickup. The customer service is amazing, very friendly and family oriented. Their mutton roles are priced higher than other places but that's because they are made larger and they're filled with much more mutton than potato like some other places. It was well worth it and they taste amazing. Everyone enjoyed the food and it was a great spread of vegetarian and meat dishes. One thing I would alert customers on is that Sri Lankan food is very spicy and for our family we can tolerate spice, however this was next level spice. So I advise if you do order catering let them know you would like it less spicy especially if you have kids or just those that cannot tolerate spice. Other than that everything else was amazing the owner called my mother later that day to ask if everything was okay with the food. So just the follow-up was a great sign of the type of customer service you will receive. We will order from them again!
We purchased idiyappam from your store on Thursday and stored it in the refrigerator immediately. However, by Friday morning, it had already spoiled. We were quite surprised, as we expected it to stay fresh, at least for a day when properly refrigerated."
I brought roast breads each $4.50 but when I asked from Leela store same breads $2.90, . Within 5 minutes I asked return to breads and they refused it, even they not showing any return policy in their receipt .and never go again this store and I am going to complain for this consumer care services
