Theres absolutely nothing wrong with their practices, extremely friendly and knowledgable staff but I feel the name of this place is misleading - its very worn down and only full of middle aged to elderly patients. Their treatments are also catered towards that demographic; if you are a young and more athletic person I would suggest seeing an Athlete's Care location, I had alot more success with my treatments there.
Deep has been an absolute lifesaver for me. I’ve struggled with back and arm pain for a while, and since seeing him, I’ve experienced a complete turnaround. Every suggestion he makes works wonders — it’s clear he truly knows his craft. What really sets Deep apart is how much he listens. He takes the time to assess me thoroughly, and I never feel rushed during our sessions. His calm, caring nature and incredible knowledge make me feel comfortable, seen, and genuinely cared for. On top of all that, he has an amazing personality that makes every visit enjoyable. I've been going to see Shelley off and on for the last few years for various types of treatment. Shelly is a pleasure to deal with. She listens intently to what you are saying , asks specific questions and then explains what type of treatment she believes will work best for you. My most recent need for help was severe neck and shoulder pain. Shelley quickly diagnosed the problem and began treatment. Relief from the pain was quick and now I see Shelley periodically for maintenance. I would recommend Shelley to anyone in need of Physiotherapy. - Rick Bowen
Horrible service. Waited 3 weeks to get an appointment. When I got there, met with the therapist, she tells me “I will NOT be treating you today; we will just discuss your issues.” Basically she asked me questions regarding my pain for about 20-30 mins and then told me to book an appointment for our “first” treatment. After I left, I decided not to go back as this company as it is not compatible with WSIB. Two weeks later I see they charged my credit card $100. When I called to ask why I was charged as I was NOT treated, they first lied and said I was and they changed their story and said it was for the assessment. No one informed me that there is an “assessment” fee and it seem like they just used that reason as it was convenient in the moment. No one informed me of these fees. I was told I only pay for treatment. I’m now charged $100 but didn’t receive anything in return. The company refuses to give my money back.
Worst service I had to wait half an hour until I just decided to walk out. The two secretaries in the front are unfriendly and don’t know how to greet people. I understand it is a very busy clinic but waiting half an hour is unacceptable to get treatment.
I had a small fracture in my foot a year or so back due to, wait for it... stepping on a central vacuum hose. ?♂️ Anyways, though panicking that my business will suffer and I'll have no income; my fam doc Dr. Cheskes didn't hesitate to direct me to his accompanied clinic to receive an AirCast at his recommendation. Of coarse it wasn't "free" and between the heal time...none the less was a great coarse to resolve and heal my injury at the quickest possible time.
