I’m very disappointed with my experience at Leon’s Furniture. I placed an order and was promised a delivery date, but it has still not arrived. I have not received any clear updates, and the delay has caused serious inconvenience. I expected better communication and service from a large company like Leon’s. I hope they resolve this issue quickly and improve their delivery process for future customers.
We had such a great experience here! Everyone was so nice and incredibly helpful while we were looking for a new couch. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. We’re so happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new sofa!
Very good shopping experience. We used the online tool to get an idea of the options. It was especially helpful because it displayed a price, which let us know if what we wanted was in budget for us. After that, we made an appointment to visit the show room to finalize the details (see the fabric in person, feel the firmness of the cushions etc...). The whole process was very smooth. Note: This review was requested but the opinions are our own. No experience with delivery and installation yet.
