Very bad experience. They lost my passport. I sent my passport for TRV stamp and it was coming from Ottawa. My tracking number showing that my package is reached at this location and it’s showing delay when I start investigation about my passport they said they are unable to find it. They don’t care about customers valuable things. I am facing lots of trouble. My father is in hospital and without my passport I can’t go there to see my father. Very bad experience with UPS, they lost my passport. I will definitely sue them.
It is such a pleasure working with this UPS location for all my needs. The staff is professional and very pleasant to work with. I can rely and count on the team at this store, big shoutout to the owner and the lovely staff.
Worst experience with this staff who is working today. Didn't want to print papers and said no printer is not working because she was closing soon at 3pm today Sunday. Very rude and got annoyed when told to print on both sides. Medium height girl with glasses on. If you are that much frustrated why do you even come to work to spoil your owner's business. She should be fired from work as she didn't not want to do what she is getting paid for. Feel sorry for the owner to hire useless staff like her
Went there to drop off parcel from Amazon Struggling at door to carry in my big box while the woman at counter just watched No one in the store at the time Then she's telling me to take the smaller box out of the big one to ship I told her Amazon said to ship back in the orginal box and she's arguing still with me.....very rude woman!!! Then she doesn't put all paperwork in the plastic bag for out side of box....it's going to US Tells me I don't need it in there that there is already one saying the same thing Said she was throwing it in the garage I said I will take it Then asked for receipt and she said i gave it to you I said you never and she starts arguing saying i did Then she looks in the machine and there it was Never said sorry just handed it to me Then I'm walking out and readying the paper she wouldn't put in the box and it said to attach too I went back in and asked her to put in the plastic bag attached to box She was so rude...looked at me and just starred with anger Then I turned around and walked towards the door and she started talking her language in a mad voice I turned around and said excuse me Then she looked at me and stopped There was no one else in the store only me and here I never experienced such a RUDE woman ever!!! I called the next day and asked for a manager and the women who answered told me he is never there and kept asking what it was about Then I called again and all i got was the same thing wanting to know what it was about Told me every one there was managers I guess they didn't want me talking to the manager I will never go back there again I had that same woman before wait on me several times and never nice or helpful Always looks mad....if you don't like your job give it to someone who would Very poor customer service
Called to clarify but lady on the phone doesn't understand English. Store's Google page has products listed with offer on passport photos $11.99 with store address and phone number. She kept referring me to the UPS website citing they don't have prices on the web. Not honoring what they've posted.
Absolutely one star because this location is no longer fit for a customer service experience. Please bring people who are equipped to support customer service experience and have empathy! If I did not close the small package and did not know how to close it, instead of telling me to close help me but don’t taunt me!
Mustafa has the patience of a saint. He is always great with us, but our packages are always packaged, sealed, labelled and if going to the USA with commercial customs docs. So many customers come in without labels, not packaged properly, expecting free printing and shipping supplies. This can occasionally cause delays but this is not the Store's fault.
