Today I ordered a large falafel wrap from your store, and I am extremely disappointed with the quality. Half of the wrap was empty, there were very few vegetables, and barely any sauce added. For a large wrap costing almost $16, there were not enough falafel balls, and the ones included were half-cooked. This was not worth the price, and the wrap felt almost empty. Based on today’s experience, I would give a zero-star rating.
This is my personal experience in this osmows location. Workers Aquil and Raman they always do their best and provide excellent customer service and provide excellent food. I appreciate their work and recommend this location.
Osmows lowkey gotta be one of the best things canada has ever been graced with. Has to be one of the world wonders ngl, they did raise prices tho from 18.20 to 19.20 for a large h&h which was saddening. But overall gotta be like the best thing ever.
I tried their chicken on the rocks and it was soo soo soo delicious and flavourful and as well as the staff was quiet amazing and they know how to serve and treat customer in a best possible manner and must visit their restaurant and you will surely like the taste of it thanks?
