Very decent store with many different things and everything is very cheap. I'm not into these kind of stores but daughter wanted to see what it is about and we actually found few useful items for her. She was happy so I was too.
As much as I want to like the store for keeping the things neatly and priced right. I made a mistake picking a pair of pants which is all gone and damaged from the waist band. I called to ask if they would consider taking it back or exchange as I bought it from them the same morning I was told flat no. Label is still intact I got a receipt if you had put a damaged product and didn’t do the check and I went in to select it without making a check let’s just try to be reasonable but no they won’t do it.
2 things 1. There should be a drop box in-front of the store for individuals who cannot drive to be able to drop off items instead of having to walk all over to the back in the freezing cold. 2. Customer service needs work, I come here very often and I have donated lots of things including a sewing machine. I had two bags full and heavy of stuff and no car. Melody told me to walk all the way to the back even though she saw me struggling, she continued bantering with her co-workers. I decided to ask her for help and she looked at me like I had two heads. She then told the other co- worker to help me. Customer service is helping the customer and she didn’t offer that help even though it was not busy and she wasn’t cashing anyone else.
EDIT respose. I guess other places do not comply then. It's okay. Usually, thrift stores minus big, greedy ones like VV and Savatio army don't charge tax when paying cash, but this place does. Strange.
I always enjoy a visit to this store. Aside from standard thrift store items they also have a variety of furniture, appliances, art work, books, cds, kitchen items and seasonal items. They run a silent auction with different and unique items -I am unsure how long the auctions run before closing. They have a 1$ rack and 50% off a different color tag each week. I find this a good first stop for when I am looking for something that is no longer being made, prices are very reasonable and staff are great. Hours are not great for day shift workers since they close at 4:30 on weekdays(apologies if this has changed).
