He confirmed over phone and text message for $400 to take the car away. I told him many times the 4 tires were flat. He said no worries 100% my driver will give you $400. Another hauler he called came here and tried low balling to $200. I waited for 3 hours for this hauler to arrive. 3 hours for a scam. Don’t use these guys don’t waste your time. Now I regret giving them my address. The driver that arrived was also very rude. He also came with a flat bed loaded, absolute nonsense.
After giving me an offer, they did not reply to me after I told them my availability and location. I even called them and they didn't pick up. Awful customer service. Do not get your car scrapped from these fools.
These guys are really good. Called them in the afternoon and my car was picked up 3 hours later. They also gave me the exact money I was quoted for on the phone. Very easy process. Will use them again.
My pick up time for vehicle removal was for 12pm, tow truck driver came 4hrs later. The promised cash was not honoured by tow truck driver. I even called the office, they spoke with the driver about pricing. Tow truck driver still didn’t honour the price. I told him to beat it, I would never recommend services with this company to my worst enemy. Their drivers are horrible!!!!!!!!
