Fantastic company! Extremely courteous, professional and flexible. Even came in on their religious holiday to give me a quote! I had my whirlybird top blown off during a wind storm and they came and gave me honest advice that it could be replaced with a simple vent at a reduced cost rather than try and repair it and risk more damage (as other roofers tried to get me to do!). Also an excellent price compared to other quotes! So glad I found them and will call them again and recommend them to anyone! Keep up the great work Alena and team!
Excellent customer service very polite and professional over the phone. Very reasonable in regards to pricing when most companies are over charging because of the wind storm. I'm not sure Carol was talking about the same company or person I dealt with. Awesome job thanks again.
Volga Roofing IS a professional company. I was appalled when I read a review about this company being unprofessional. On Friday, the high winds caused some wind damage to my roof which is when I contacted Volga Roofing and spoke with Alena. Alena indicated that she will be able to book me in on Sunday. On Sunday, Alena texted me and indicated that due to a minor set back, she will need to reschedule my appointment to a later day. In no way did I feel it was necessary to bash this company due to a set back. We are all humans and our health is priority. Alena and Alex, I am very sorry that you have to read such an awful review. I am extremely pleased by their professionalism and I would rather have a company such as Volga reschedule my appointment than deal with a fly-by roofer.
This company deserves 10+ stars. Alena is very knowledgeable, pleasant and a professional individual who explained the process, of what will be done to my roof, in great detail. I researched many companies prior to contacting Volga Roofing and none were patient enough to provide a thorough explanation; instead, I was constantly being told how much money the repair will cost. Alena, on the other hand, explained that the only time she can quote a price is after an estimate -- which was free. I found her response to be sincere and honest. Once Volga Roofing came to my property and completed the estimate, I was provided with a reasonable quote. I highly recommend this company. Thank you Volga Roofing for your service.
