Great service and very clear process. The embroidery was meticulous and the staff there are very personable. Prices are not unreasonable. I got two zip up sweaters with embroidery on the sleeve and I was able to be there to decide where it was going to sit on the sleeve, I got to pick the color and everything. 100% recommend :)

They will not embroider company crested apparel. I needed something embroidered with an employee’s name on it because it was to be presented to them for recognition. I have have done this for years at another place. I came here out of convenience. If I could give zero stars I would. Not impressed!
