I won't be going to this establishment anymore due to the fact that one of the owners is unprofessional while dealing with me as a customer on a few occasions. One time l arrived to get some food for my mom at the Christmas holidays when he didn't even acknowledge that l was there and Even his brother who works there made a comment about his behavior in the past. He even has a young worker who is an electrician waiting for the union to call him back to work treats people the same way. He used to be really nice to me but has ignored me on several occasions like he's better than myself.
I Used to come here very often, back in 2022 amd before covid. There used to be a younger really pretty yound waitress that had 5/5 attitude. I remember getting the rabbit, the octopus and the round baked potatoes were always amazing. I tried their coffees and tiramisu. You can never go wrong by trying something new in their menu! Amazing place, Amazing Food and Amazing Waitress! Back between 2018-2020 there was a cute waitress, always went in to see her, such nice attitude and whenever beinfica played or sporting in soccer. The atmosphere is great
Service was pretty good, everyone was friendly. However, we had the chicken and unfortunately not what we expected. Was very bland and chicken was dry.
My Family and I frequently dinne in many Restaurants in many City's. Today i had a Steak Sandwich (Prego no Pao) at this Restaurant $19.00 the meat was nearly none existent. It was terrible and extremely expensive. Will not Recommend at all .
I’m really disappointed with the way my cold cuts were sliced at this bakery. I asked for 8 slices of prosciutto and salami, and ended up with 300 grams — that’s nearly 40 grams per slice, which makes them way too thick to use in a proper sandwich. When I politely asked if they could be sliced thinner, the staff member looked at me like I was asking something outrageous. This isn't about being picky — it’s just basic deli service. A bit more care and proper training would go a long way. Customers shouldn’t feel awkward or wrong for asking for standard things like thinner slices. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.
Sorry this place was terrible. My wife and myself went there today at 2:00. I ordered Brazilian steak. Waitress comes back, out of Brazilian steak. I order something else. My wife orders pork cutlets with rice and greek salad. Waitress comes back no greek salad. Okay, house salad. Waitress comes back you guessed it no house salad. At this point we told the Waitress its okay we'll go elsewhere. They still charged me $2.10 for the can of Orange sumo. I would have been embarrassed to ask for anything. Not sure who owns this place now but, it was a complete joke.
Chicken was at least 3 days old. It had that smell of old chicken. Horrible experience. One bite and family dinner was ruined. We had to order something else from a different place. I guess some restaurants try to save money selling their days-old food. First time buying from this place and my last.
