Just had the pleasure of dealing with Jerry who was super helpful, Pleasant to deal with and professional. Needed to replace a faulty foot valve that had a plastic connecter with the Noble product. For a few dollars more, it is made of heavy duty brass, and we expect it to work much better and last longer. Thanks again!

Disaster place ever, when you try to call them, they put you on hold forever and doesn’t answer back. Worst place to buy anything for trades people. Bunch of lazy guys cit chat with each other and waste customers time.
我就不知道怎么就平白无故在单子上多出了一根管子，这不是我所想要的，他们也没给我。交涉时，怎么就这么困难，硬是去照顾别的顾客了。再次说了声excuse me，他说要另外一个人来处理。等啊等，终于等不及了，便说把管拿来。这下倒挺快，瞬间响应。可气的是，似乎跟他们很熟的一人，不知是否是员工，阴阳怪气地给我打招呼，我瞪了他一眼。结果他还在那里啰嗦，我就说，what do you want? 他愣了一下，说只是给我say hello。我也对他说了声hello。然后就离开了。
Visited this location for the first time this week. Honestly, my experience was nothing like the bad reviews I read. I interacted with 3 employees. All were helpful and friendly. Prices were also fair. I'll definitely be going back there in the future.
