Do NOT recommend this place. Ordered pizza over the phone and the person was taking order said it will take 20-25 mins for pick up but when went there to pick the order, order was not ready and the lady over there was asking me what toppings you would like. I waited there for 15 mins and still it’s not ready so unfortunately I have to comeback without pizza. No respect for customers.
The veggie pizza at pizzaville is amazing—fresh, flavorful toppings on a perfectly crisp crust. The staff is friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a great experience. You can taste the quality in every bite. Highly recommend for both the food and outstanding customer service!
45 mins late, undercooked, toppings unevenly spread, on a couple of the slices the onion was actually the outer layer peel of the onion, I will ignore the grins on the faces.... last time this brand that's for sure..!
We ordered an extra large pizza with chicken and red onions as the topping with dip. However, there were barely any chicken on the pizza (there were about 4 pieces of chicken on the whole pizza). When I called Pizzaville centre the girl (Arshpreet) just straight up asked me to bring back the pizza without even apologizing for their mistake. It is not like we are getting the pizza for free! We are paying the full money and the company is cheating us by giving us an unsatisfying amount of toppings on a pizza. Her excuse was that as an employee, she is only allowed to put certain amount of chicken. Above all I noticed that the girls (especially the ones that have long hair)that were making the pizza was not wearing any hair nets, which is a common hygiene practice in food industry.
