Nikki did an excellent job with my daughter's photos for her first birthday session. She was very professional and was a joy to work with. She was also very friendly and provided a relaxing environment for my baby. I am beyond thrilled with the beautiful photos I received. I will definitely be using Nikki for photo sessions in the future.

Nikki is an absolute gem to work with! My husband and I met her through friends that also work with her. She takes so much time to find pictureable places for you, guides you for photos, and is very quick to get back to you on photos considering how busy she is. We've had the pleasure of working with her for our engagement photos and our wedding photos! Nikki took the time to go to our church and our venue and scout out good picture places, listen to photo ideas I wanted but also brought in her own inspos and experience, and just be so completely patient and kind during the whole experience! Nikki decided to bring a second photographer during our wedding, and when the original (less expensive) photographer could no longer make it, she honoured her original price for the second more experienced photographer. I had so much to remember and to worry about on my wedding day, and it was such a nice feeling to have one thing not to worry about, the photos. She was very organized, very punctual, and made sure we got all the shots I wanted to the best of her ability. Thank you Nikki for capturing our special day. We have definitely found our forever photographer <3

Her calm and gentle demeanor put us all at ease, and her caring nature made us feel like we were working with a close friend. What truly impressed me, however, was Nikki's professionalism. Her attention to detail, creative eye, and expertise in capturing the perfect shot are just a few of the many qualities that set her apart from others in her field. I hired Nikki back in 2019 for my maternity photoshoot and till this day, I still regret the money I paid. The service was overpriced and the results were subpar at best. I was hoping to use her services for my maternity photoshoot as well as my new born photo shoot but am glad I didn’t waste any more money on “Mint” Photography. Instead of leaving a bad review like everyone else, I messaged her directly to express that I was not happy with the results from my photoshoot and till this day I have never heard back from her. Not even a single word. She never asked me what she could do to make things better, she didn’t make me feel valued as a customer. She just took my money, submitted mediocre photos and then disappeared. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND. Here is the message I sent to her Oct 16th 2019 and she left me on read: “Hello Nikki Thank you for the pictures. We liked them but we were hoping to LOVE them. It’s important to capture pictures in a way that hides the client’s insecurities. My neck was very dark due to my pregnancy and I had asked to you to edit such that it blends with my skin tone but you didn’t. It doesn’t look good at all on the pictures!! Also i have a big scar on my leg and I thought it would be removed in the process of editing . You tried removing it in a couple of pictures but the editing was done poorly and left a black scuff, everyone can tell it was photoshopped (and not in a nice way). I appreciate the patience and enthusiasm you put in your work. However if you need an honest opinion, consider getting a better camera and taking extra editing classes. Thanks again for everything.” I DO NOT RECOMMEND. She doesn’t have the skills needed to charge as much as she does. Also, she doesn’t accept constructive criticisms. Overpriced and subpar
We had our sons photoshoot done in August. It was an amazing experience. Just got time to review now but always had in my mind to write a review. Great customer service and positive environment. Recommended to others as well. Will go again for another photo shoot : )
2022 update: just returned to Nikki for our second child's newborn photoshoot. To me the greatest compliment to a buisness person is repeat customers. We were just as blown away this time as we were with our first newborn shoot. She is gentle and sweet with the baby, has incredible creative ideas and all the adorable props! She has a whole set up for the busy toddler siblings with a TV and she is such a pleasure to work with! We will return!! Highly recommend!! We recently used Nikki for our newborn photography and we were blown away! Not only is Nikki extremely friendly and easy to work with, she was accommodating to us when a complication came up and we had to move our session. She made us feel comfortable in her beautiful studio and took such good care of our baby during the session. Nikki took the time weeks before the session to learn about the style we were hoping for and any personal inspiration for our photoshoot. The pictures are phenomenal, professional and and beyond what we had even imagined. The poses she chose were artistic and beautiful and she was extremely patient and gentle with our baby, ensuring her safety the whole way through. She didn't rush the session and made sure that the baby was comfortable and content the entire time! I would 100% recommend to friends and family and will be using her for future photoshoots!
