Jot is a very friendly individual however I did not have a good experience with 416photobooth. I had my engagement party on feb 23 2019 and it’s now April 23 2019 and have still not received my pictures. The first time the USB was mailed it fell out of the envelope so I didn’t receive it. I followed up with Jot a couple of times and have yet to receive the USB with all the pictures. He has stopped replying to my texts. Very disappointed with the service.
The worst customers service I've experienced. To say I'm disappointed is putting it very lightly. I refuse to spend any more of time or energy on this. I will say I absolutely do not recommend
