This is one of the best pediatric offices we’ve been to. They are extremely professional, polite and kind. The receptionists are highly organized and provide many reminders in ample time. Deepika always greets us with the sweetest smile and ensures we are checked in promptly and smoothly. Dr Jackie was our son’s doctor and she was always very receptive and respectful, her care was gentle and patient. She guided and taught us various ways for our son to cope with his ADHD and with a few follow ups, he’s managing very well, to the point of not needing any more follow ups, but we will always know who to reach out to. Thank you so much Dr Jackie to you and their whole office!
Dr. Yeboah and her staff are both amazing! Every time I come in for an appointment, they both have a very comforting demeanour and take great care of me.
Dr. Jacqueline is very nice, knowledgeable and understanding. She listened to all of my child’s issues patiently and guided us properly. Other staff there is very polite and nice too.

Hello my child has Otisim, we told him to come 20 minutes early even though we had an appointment, we went early, because the child did not stay there, he told us to wait outside, the woman who made the entrance there was snowing outside, it was minus 10 degrees, I told her why are you calling early and why are you expecting us to wait outside, she got angry at us and there were also forms that needed to be filled out, we left it at the doctor's, we gave them in November, 1 month later we still haven't heard from him. We said it wasn't ready and today it will be almost 3 months, when I went to go, the woman got angry again, she told me to wait outside, she said when did you give the form, there is no such form here, she got angry at me, she told me to wait outside, I asked for the manager's number, she didn't give it, I said I will complain about you, the state is not helping in any way, how does a woman who does not have a diagnosis for children work here, please if there is a manager we can reach, can you write
I found the customer service experience at this clinic to be disappointing. The phone calls often went unanswered, and scheduling follow-up appointments was a challenge due to delays and a lack of proactive booking. Despite the doctor's explicit request for a prompt follow-up after medication completion, I had to visit the clinic for measurements and now need to wait almost a month for a follow up appointment to discuss even treatment should be continue or not. This delay impacted the necessary care for my child, which is a concerning. It's evident that the clinic's administrative processes need improvement. The secretary's lack of responsiveness and scheduling inefficiencies suggest a need for urgent training in customer service or perhaps a re-evaluation of their role within the clinic. Such improvements would greatly benefit patients and their timely access to care.
