Today was my first time going here and Nav she made it a great experience! Super helpful, went in off a listing for a Nintendo Switch online and she helped me get everything to try out. Besides the great staff, this place takes care of their things. It was very reassuring to see! It is a pawn store, so even though the pictures of the item looked great online, I didn't expect what I saw. Stuff like video game systems are super clean and shrink wrapped! It's a small but very nice touch that makes you feel good knowing they take good care of their inventory. As far as condition, they had many Switch 1 consoles in a glass case to choose from and they all looked very well taken care of. Definitely better than I have seen EB Games try to pass off. Also there is a 30 day warranty incase god forbid anything happens, something you will not get from a Kijiji seller. I will definitely come back, they had very good prices for stuff like the Playstation Portal to some retro games that I took a look at. Again, all well kept and in shrink wrap. Thanks again Nav for the great first time experience.
The owner is so rude. I was walking around to see other items and staff tools. The one thing I had from my hand to bring to cash was as if I had stolen it. Not going back here. Can find better deals on marketplace.
Unprofessional and Immature. Called first thing in the morning to sell something for them to be dicking around for the last 3 hours. Store closes at 6. And i havent even been able to get a response if the pricing is alright. Called PawnKings got the pricing on the phone as we spoke. Called to follow up for the clown at buyers desk to block the number cause they werent able to pick up on time. Literally couldve said come in to inspect instead of wasting time through emails they dont reply to.

Wanted to know how much a ps5 was because there brand new at best buy for $450 for digital and $550 for disc but when you click in shop online through there website it don't take you anywhere I don't want to go to find out there the same price for used as new
