This is the best company to get your rentals from for your events. They are extremely helpful. They are pleasant. They knowledgeable and I never had an issue with pick up and drop off. They have great quality rentals and I’ve never been disappointed.
I was in contact by email with owner Miland and also went physically in person to discuss my order with a different employee. Everything was going well and then I was completely ghosted. They stopped replying to my emails. Unfortunately, this is standard practice with wedding vendors who don't like the size of your order (I purposely asked about only a few things to see how I would be treated with a small-ish order) - I got my answer! Lucky for the competitor, I spend $16k on my wedding decor elsewhere.
You can simply go and get rental stuff with deposit of some particular amount. So don’t forget your id and credit card for that. The process is so easy and quick. Thank you and hope this will help everyone.
Love renting from KM. They always have great Customer service and there prices are the cheapest I've seen for good quality equipment Had to update my review as KM has come through for me so many times. This past weekend I had a mix up with the hall and the floor plan so what I rented was not going to work as the tables were a different shape. I called KM and the girls switched everything and had it ready within an hour for pick up. Excellent customer service if I could give 10 stars I would.
Worst customer service ever I wish there was option for zero star so i would give them...they deserve it!!! Booked chair and table rentals a week in advance for Sunday and they didnt told me anything abt pick up time, on Saturday evening when i called for pickup they say come Monday that's really awful of them so disgusting ppl they dont have manners and totally unprofessional ..last mint my guest are informed for the party nd we didn't had the chair and table had it cost me alot extra money to find another rentals and gave me alot of headaches i never recommend it for rentals!!!!
