She went the extra mile to help me navigate my insurance and ensured everything was handled in my best interest. Her professionalism and responsiveness truly stood out. I was also seen by Dr. Verma, who was very knowledgeable and thorough. He conducted my eye examination with great care and precision, while maintaining a friendly and approachable manner. His attention to detail and willingness to address all my concerns made me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend Good Vision Eye Care, especially Avneet and Dr. Verma, for their exceptional service and genuine commitment to patient care.
Dr Verma is very thorough and knowledgeable. Herpreet is very welcoming and friendly. They are very price competitive. I would definitely recommend Bettervision. I got my glasses done and they are absolutely perfect.

Came down here to have my glasses fixed after a basketball incident. The attendant, Harpreet, helped me with amazing customer service and took care of fixing my glasses immediately. Amazing customer service and amazing quality of work.
IF YOU HAVE SUNLIFE INSURANCE, BE AWARE THAT THIS LOCATION IS NOT COVERED. As I've come to learn, Sunlife blocks way too many companies without a lot of reason why, so blame goes on them, rather than Better Vision Eyewear. That said, I had a great experience at Better Vision Eyewear. The staff member who assisted us was extremely kind and helpful, guiding us through their wide selection of eyewear. When we found out that our insurance wouldn’t cover the lenses because the store wasn’t on their list of supported vendors, they promptly offered a refund. Their excellent customer service and understanding made a big difference. Highly recommended!
I would not recommend if you are looking for great customer service and if you want to go back after your given prescription is done or have any concerns. They do not hold accountability. They only attract first time customers and give you good deals but forget if you have any concerns and want to go back within the time frame. I raised my concern within 2 weeks regarding eye pain and have been following up from 4 weeks and dr. verma was not available and finally booked it for Saturday and wanted to reschedule but refused. I would definitely share/report the experience along with my prescriptions to Better Business Bureau. I don’t wanted to leave any review but I think its my duty to make people aware. Thanks
