Had a great experience at Source Office Furniture. The showroom is beautiful, with a wide range of high-quality office chairs. It’s great to be able to actually sit in chairs before you buy. Harry was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly and he took the time to help me find excellent options for my office setup. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality office furniture in Toronto.

Be aware when you purchase a chair that when you call about warranty and unfortunately cannot find the invoice they stick you under cash sale and it is impossible to find you in their system. Record your conversation as I was told the chair would be REPLACED not just the piston and of course the salesperson denied saying that to me when I asked what the procedure was. THEY DON'T INSTALL IT because you put it together - as I was not going to pay $50+ to have someone put it together. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Very good selection of office furniture. Ordered a desk for home and arranged for delivery the following week. Sales process through to delivery and setup went very smoothly. Quality is very good. Would highly recommend.
The sales guy in the store was so mean... One of the item was not in stock and when I asked if he can check if it is available in any other nearby store, he said: WHY DO YOU WANT IT FROM ANY OTHER STORE? WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY THAT? I was taken aback by his gesture... and I walked out and got better quality chair for my office from Staples.. Some customer handling skills needs to be taught there..
what ever the price you see be ready to pay 20 to 40 percent extra. due to add on file Cabinet Drawers so on......basically thier sale or online price is for shall not the hole desk.big turn off for me.sell some thing as one.
Great customer Service! I was able to get parts for a desk that I had purchased over five years ago, but had never assembled. Even though the desk was an older model, customer service helped find parts to assemble the desk. No charge. Including two visits by rep who put the desk together for me. Highly recommended! Thanks for all your help!
