I see Kim when I come here and I absolutely love how she does my nails! She knows exactly what i want eveb though I only come 3 to 4 times a year she still remembers me. Thanks Kim ♡ I'll be coming there tomorrow
Worst nail salon ever. They dont even recognize the difference between fake nails and the actual skin. I have added the photo of nails that I wanted and you can see what low level of nails they have given me. Even a 5 year old kid can draw better bow than this. The woman who did my nails purposely peeled my skin and nails with electric drill machine just because I told her that the size of nails is different. They left the cuticles open which hurts when even a hair strand pass through. I asked them not to draw the bow and use the accessory, they said we dont have them. When I asked them to either do nails again or refund the money, they said we can do it again but they made my nails even shorter to that state that they were equal to my own nails. they suggested to add bio gel at the tips which under lamp hurts like hell. When I asked them to remove the nails and refund the money. they purposely cut my inner nails skin and it started bleeding. They were supposed to be my birthday nails but they have completely ruined my day as well as nails. Wont recommend this salon, a big no, Please dont ever go there or you would end up with bleeding hands.
First time I went was great, but this time was bad. My nail tech didn't even clean my nails properly before applying new nail extensions. I can still see bits of my old nail polish. The new polish also hasn't been applied well. I can see my the base nail (without color) on the sides. As well the nail tech seemed very arrogant when I tried to explain what I wanted. It's like she did not want to listen, rather prove to me she knows. I also picked a color from the options they had and she told me "sure", but when it was time to paint my nails she tells me "we do not have that color".... that could've been communicated to me when I picked the color??? Will not be returning horrible experience.
Nice work. One nail chipped the very same day but was redone when I went back next day. I definitely liked Mikey's work. Pleasant experience. Can do better with the hand massage afterwards. Literally 30 secs massage. Also no cuticle oil provided after. Recent visit: Felt rushed. The colour did not match what I showed. Tried explaining but seemed the person Jan did NOT want to listen to me. Being shifted around, do they pick up work depending on how much bill you will make! And while cutting cuticles the thumb bled badly especially when I was asked to wash hands. No care, no attention. Not sure why this unwelcome attitude today ! State of cuticles shown below 2 days after , shows the actual rushed cuticle cutting and the results. What a sorry quality of work!
I cannot believe what you people have done to my kids today! They came in with their 2 children and you were rude and sent them away because they had kids!!!! I am absolutely disgusted that you would treat someone like that because they have kids! I have come to you for years while I worked nexted door! I even went out of my way to come there!!! I will NEVER EVER come back and I will never send anyone there again! Bye Kim! If I could give a zero I would!
Was so excited to get my nails done but the service I got was terrible. No one spoke english properly and were not able to communicate. The girl doing my nails was Lien and kept making mistakes so I kept correcting her. She did not correct her mistakes. She put lotion and cuticle oil on all clients but she did not put the oil on mine. The nail polish was over lapping the cuticles and all over my hands. I was unhappy from the start to end.
Nails were coloured really badly. Despite three layers they were blaming the nail polish. I've gotten my nails done hundreds of time and can tell the difference between when the nail polish is light and when the actual polish was just done wrong.
