Customer service of Tanisha is Excellent,exceptional and professional as she understand the needs of the customer and assists very well in selecting the product.Moreover there is verstalile and wide range of variety for men blazzers,trousers and shirts for different wedding occassions or business meetings .I highly reccommend to shop around this store.
Went in to buy a suit and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional .Kamal was especially helpful and made the whole process easy and comfortable. Definitely recommend!
Worst customer service ever . They charged me for the suit and ask me for pickup after 4 days for alterations . When i went for pickup no alterations were done as they said i didn’t pay for the alterations , which was cashier’s job . And while buying the suit i fitted with different pant size apart from the blazer and the present manager said thats okay i will do that in mix and match category but when i went for pickup there was a another guy claiming as manager said he cant mix and match . Totally waste of time . Better to go another suit shop in the same mall . They have alot of options and better fitting .
Feedback: Inconsistent Sizing and Poor Resolution As a loyal customer, I've purchased numerous shirts, pants, and blazers from your store over the years to outfit my business meetings and conferences. I placed my trust in your sizing consistency, assuming that items labeled with the same size would fit uniformly. Recently, I bought several shirts all in the same size, expecting no issues with fit. Following my post-COVID habit of washing new clothes before wearing them, I discovered that one shirt was uncomfortably tight—despite sharing the exact same size label as the others. I visited your store to discuss this discrepancy, but the staff outright refused to assist. While I understand your policy on returns for washed items, this feels unfair when the problem stems from inconsistent manufacturing or labeling on your end, not any error on my part. Unfortunately, this experience has eroded my confidence in your brand, and you've lost a dedicated regular customer. I hope you'll address sizing quality control to prevent this for others.
From sizing to pick up the service was amazing. My experience was so good I’m heading back there to get a tux. The service was professional, the style chosen was impressive. I want to thank Pali for such great service and all his help. The suit he picked and the colour to match was perfect! The added detail (bow tie) was perfection. Can’t wait to see what Pali picks out for my new tux.
Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a suit store ever. No one approached us, I was in there with someone else for over 10 minutes, looking at clothing, talking (loudly mind you) about suits and sizes, a woman and two men were talking to each other but didn’t find the time to ask us if we needed help. Tip top got my sale, dont waste your time here.
The worst customer service by a lady sales person. They told me first they can order the size I am looking for because the one on the shelf looked so worn out. They took the payment and the measurements. However the next day the same Lady called and told me that they couldn’t find how inconvenient and let the store sales slide by giving the refund. If the owner wants the store sales to go up, train your employees your customer service and how to retain the customers for future sale. Never ever.
