I just left this moment. I found a long black hair in my vegetables... actually it ended up in my mouth. I brought the hair to the manager and all he offered me was to replace my side. Kitchen staff doesnt wear hair nets. In the end the manager didnt care to offer me anything just the $4 back for the extra side I bought with a side of hair!
Had to wait 20 mins to get the food. Not bad but I would like to get my food faster. The price is super expensive. See the pictures, for just 2 skewers that are tiny and a mixed green salad, I paid $14. Not worth it. The chicken was dry and tasted just sour and hot. Mixed green dressing was actually good. Overall I am never coming back to this place, theres other options around that are much better in price, quality and quantity.
Always loved Nando's and their chicken is very affordable. Staff at this location were very nice and very accomodating. Wished they had more locations. Definately a place to go!
I normally don't bother writing reciews but these guys really struck a nerve with me. I just left this location. Placed an order an hour ago. Get to the location to only be told that it will be another hour and a half wait for an order I placed over the phone an hour ago. Who has time to wait 2.5 hours for chicken? Also, I get it gets busy at times and stock runs out but how does a place that has primarily chicken on their menu run out of chicken? Also, If you have run out of chicken then why take orders over the phone or for walk in customers? And If it is taking 2 hours or more then why waste my time by making me come there by telling me it will be ready in 45 minutes only to not have it ready at all and tell me there is another 1.5 hour wait???Management needs to figure this out because this isn't the first time this has happened. Super disappointed and what a colossal waste of time.
I've been to quite a few locations around southern Ontario and I have to say this is still my favourite! I always get a chicken sandwich with Peri Peri fries and they always come out fresh and amazing. Personally, I think you get a decent amount of food for the amount spent and sometimes I struggle to finish all my fries. The bun for the sandwich is definitely what makes this my favourite location. They're always soft and fresh unlike some other bigger (probably busier) locations. The waitresses have never been anything but lovely and are part of the reason I've kept going back for years!
