Terrible experience. I went there to change bag that I bought today and went there again after3 hour they said it’s there policy that everything is final sale. Specially there was a rude Lady around 40 who don’t know how to deal with customers. She was showing attitude . The way she is behaving it looks uh guys gonna lost customers.
Great customer service and deals. I bought 2 suitcases at great price. So happy with the way that Arajna helped me and my husband to decide. She is friendly, kind and patient. She opened various suitcases without hesitation and made good suggestions. Definitely will visit the store again!
Terrible customer experience, very hard to have a deal with. They refused to refund the purchase half an hour later after purchase was made. I am sure one purchase dispute doesn't worth to lose your regular customers.
Yesterday, I purchased a large size luggage in the colour of burgundy. The customer service is really good. Furthermore, there are items that are available during the travelling. Recommended spot for all ages! ?
worst store ever you can buy a thing. Once bought then forget it. I ordered something online and for return they said bring a printed copy of invoice sent to me in email. They misbehaved, i complaint and their cs phone is always not in office hours and i emailed they never responded. never buying again
